Processing time

Every Travezia11 piece is handmade with care. In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Custom and personalized items (including custom clothing) take 7–14 business days to create before shipping; we'll confirm the timeline with you when you order.

Shipping within the U.S.

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help. If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
